Experian India builds on their consumer credit education journey by collaborating with FPL Technologies
Consumers can now check their credit score monthly on the OneScore mobile app and receive advice on growing their credit score
Mumbai, December 19, 2019: Experian India, one of the leading data analytics and decisioning companies, and the first credit bureau to be licensed in India under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005, today announced its collaboration with FPL Technologies to educate consumers on ways to manage their credit profile and score via the OneScore app. OneScore is a credit monitoring mobile app which allows consumers to access their credit score free of cost.
This partnership will help consumers monitor, understand and get insights into their credit score and report on a monthly basis. OneScore is an app with AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered ‘score planner’ that helps consumers improve their score. The app analyses one’s credit report and provides personalised tips on improving credit score apart from sending alerts whenever the score changes.
Commenting on the partnership with OneScore, Ashish Singhal, Managing Director, Experian Credit Information Company of India said “At Experian, we believe that it is important for consumers to understand their credit report. Partnering with players like OneScore gives us the opportunity to educate consumers about the importance of a good credit score. It also helps us fulfil our goal of enabling financial access to credit thereby putting consumers in control of their credit reports.”
